Have real conversations with AI
Understand what AI can and can’t do. Choose the right tool. Get useful results on the first try.
You’ve tried ChatGPT. Maybe you use it daily. But you’re copy-pasting prompts from Twitter, getting inconsistent results, and you have no idea if you’re using it well or just getting lucky. The AI tools are powerful — but nobody taught you how to use them systematically.
AI Fluency changes that. 4 levels. 20 lessons. No coding required. From your first structured conversation to delegating real work to AI — step by step.
Have real conversations with AI

Write prompts that work
Prompt anatomy, techniques, iteration — move from random results to reliable output.
Build persistent AI workspaces
Claude Projects, Custom GPTs, system prompts — AI that remembers your context.
Delegate work to AI
From chat to coworker. Trust calibration, compliance, autonomous agents.
What AI is, which tools exist, and how to have your first real conversation.
Prompt anatomy, techniques, iteration — the difference between guessing and engineering.
Persistent workspaces, Claude Projects, Custom GPTs, and system prompt design.
Delegation, autonomous agents, trust calibration, and compliance basics.
This is you
Knowledge worker who uses AI but wants to use it better. PM, analyst, writer, consultant — anyone whose work involves thinking and communicating.
What you need
No coding. No technical background. Just curiosity and a free AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini).
Time: ~10-20 hours total. Each level works standalone (2-4 hours). At your own pace.

No. This course is designed for knowledge workers, not developers. Every concept is explained in plain language. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this course.
Any of the major AI assistants works: ChatGPT (free tier), Claude (free tier), or Google Gemini. The course explains the differences and helps you choose. Most lessons work with any tool.
Tutorials show tricks. This course builds skills. Each lesson follows a structured pattern — concept, example, practice. You build on what you learned before. After 4 levels, you don’t need tutorials anymore because you understand the principles.
Yes. Take the Level Check to find your starting point. If you already prompt deliberately, start at Level 3. If you’re already building AI workspaces, start at Level 4.
Yes. Every lesson exists in both English and German. Use the language switcher in the top navigation.
The gap between “I’ve tried ChatGPT” and “I use AI to do better work” is bigger than it looks. Most people stay at the chatbot stage — asking random questions, getting random results. This course exists because structured AI skills shouldn’t require a computer science degree. Built for people who think for a living.
